This week I have seen some real changes. That is because I have been tracking my workouts and foods. I’ve opened another blog where I post pictures of my food and workouts and weight. I have tried to keep a journal before but taking pictures works for me. The blog is locked and only a few people can view it. I do not want people to follow what I eat or how I workout. My plan is unique to me and my needs to reach my goals, so there is no reason for me to post for everyone and have people critique my meals and workouts.
I’ll say that making the post for myself to see what works and what does not has made this week a positive one. I will also say that it holds me accountable because I do not want to take a picture of a Snickers bar between all my healthy choices, not a good sight.
I have been doing great this week. The scale agrees (so far) lets see what happens tomorrow. I have been drinking lots of water and making my daily gym trips. Adding extra cardio and not cutting corners. Sometimes it’s hard to talk myself into an extra ten min. There is nothing to stop me from going to the gym working out for 10 min and leaving…nothing but me and my goals keep me there. It’s been enough of a push for me right now.
I have added some excellent and very positive people to my Google reader and got rid of some people who were always down or non-motivating for me. I don’t need that in my life. Negative energy is no good.
