Easy Broccoli Recipe

Easy Broccoli Recipe. It’s the end of my staycation and after talking to my doctor and a mentor I’m making changes to my diet. There are a lot of things I want to accomplish this year and my physical and mental health both need to be in balance.

The one thing that I’ve learned over the last few years is that I need to work on having a balance in life. It’s a goal of mine this year to work towards that. Something else I’ve decided to do is to start making dates with people other than my husband. Friendships are hard to find and even harder to keep.

I’ve started to reach out to friends via social media and text so we can find a time to connect. I want to fill up my planner with activities as much as I can this year. SO, once we moved I started to lose contact with some of my friends. I don’t place blame anywhere because it takes 2 people to lose a connection. My goal is to try to change that in the best way I know-how.

These changes have pushed me to pull out some of my favorite recipes and this is one of them. It’s easy to make and tastes amazing. I like to make this on Sunday and add it to my meals for the week. This recipe makes 4 servings but can be adjusted based on your own dietary needs.

So, with the changes I’m making to my diet I’m breaking out some tried and true recipes from the past. One of my favorite side dishes is this easy broccoli recipe.

I add this to other meals and I will share that with you in the near future. I make a really good egg pizza with this broccoli as a topping. You will love it!
