Keeping up with my workouts and actually enjoying them for the first time in years. It has been a long time since I’ve felt like this and it is a great feeling.
One of the goals that I know I need to work on is getting in enough water each day. I’m not sure why this has become such a struggle for me lately. I try to get in at least a gallon on water per day. With how much I’m working out currently that is exactly what I should be taking in. If you are interested in knowing how much you should be drinking you can always check out a water intake calculator.
The cherries at Baugher’s Orchard were ready to pick last week so we managed to get out for that. I’ve never picked my own cherries so this was a cool experience.
We got out early on Friday to beat the crowds and it worked out well. I have no idea what type of cherries we picked but they are delicious. I was not a fan of the ladders but Greg didn’t hesitate
So, with a box full of cherries we went home to show Digger. He was pretty happy too. I love cutting the cherries and putting them in my drinks like water, wine or ginger-ale.
Later in the day, I went to the gym. I’ve been really good about getting my workouts in. The scale is not moving but my attitude and energy are skyrocketing. The ride to the gym is one of the best there is. I think riding through the country and looking at the fields is so peaceful. The ride gets my mind clear so I can really concentrate on my goals.
What do you do to relax and clear your mind after a long day?
Check out the recent vlog and we will catch up again soon 🙂
