You have worked your butt off literally, and you should treat yourself to something special non-food of course. Making goals and getting rewarded is a great way for me to make the accomplishment even more enjoyable. I am very proud of the things that I have done this year. So, I have decided that I need a new look, and I also want to give back. I will give to locks of love tomorrow as some of you may know. After that, I am not sure what my next reward will be…but I have some ideas to share with you:
~ Treating yourself to a spa service such as a facial or manicure
~ Getting a massage or backrub
~ Taking a luxurious, aromatic bath or shower
~ Open a “pamper me” bank account: Deposit $10 for every week you’ve stuck to your weight-loss plan, or for every pound you’ve lost.
~ Buy music to load your iPod with
~ Get yourself a haircut or blowout, or a 30-minute massage.
~ Devote the entire day to a shopping spree for a new pair of shoes. Athletic shoes,
~ Rent a sailboat with friends and spend the day soaking up ocean breezes — or, in colder areas, go skiing for the day. (Invite me if you decide to do this one)
~ Rent a convertible and head for the beach or the mountains for the day — or an off-road vehicle for a rugged winter drive.
