It’s easy to make and a true crowd pleaser. So the real question in life is what to do with all these cucumbers and tomatoes?! Cucumber and Tomato Garden Salad that’s what! Also, I’m a sucker for a good summer salad with fresh food from the garden. So, that’s what we are doing today with this cucumber and tomato garden salad.
As a result, the ingredients are pretty simple and things you may already have on hand.
Italian White Balsamic Dressing
First, I remove the skin layer of the cucumber and slice them and make some thinner than others. Also, I cut the tomatoes into bite size pieces. It’s a little difficult with these fresh tomatoes because they are so juicy. Furthermore, we slice up the onions and I like them super thin for this salad. Once everything is cut up and placed in the pan or bowl I’m using I toss it around to mix them together. Once you have it mixed well you can add in your dressing. For this one I’m using Italian White Balsamic dressing from Maple Grove Farms of Vermont because I’ve really been loving their products lately.
I’m really enjoy making this and it’s a great potluck meal to take to the office or even a nice gesture to share with all your co-workers. Here is a quick video to show you how I made the salad. We hope you enjoy that and if you would like to see more quick videos like this from me let me know. We really enjoyed putting the video together in this way because we all have 30 seconds we can spare to see how the recipe all comes together.
Life has been a little crazy this past week. I hope to catch up with everything and do a daily vlog today. Have a wonderful weekend and let me know if you try this cucumber and tomato garden salad recipe. We would love to hear from you.
