In the process of getting my dining room back, we realized that Our Roots Are Deep in more way than one. I’m proud of all that we have accomplished in life together working as a team.
On Saturday we got some snow, but it didn’t stop us from making it to our grandson’s birthday party. There were major accidents on the highway earlier in the day and one that made major news from 95. There was a tanker that blew up and it totaled a lot of cars. As we were driving the the party we saw vehicles spun out of control. There were so many on the side of the roads. It’s scary and I really wish people would drive safer when the weather gets bad.
So, my grandson had his party at a skating rink this year. He can be kinda funny about being on camera but I did manage to sneak a picture with him. This was right before he blew out the candles on his cake.
I didn’t get video of when I was roller skating because Greg is not a very good vlogger..lol. My stepson wanted to get out there so I told him if he wanted to do it I would go out there with him. I did manage to get one of the kids from the party who was climbing over the wall (twice) but I will give him credit for being persistent and giving it a try. It was a fun day.
On Sunday, Greg and I cleaned up and also moved all the pepper plants out of the dining room. I’m glad I have room to move in there now but it’s also pretty sad that we will not have any pepper growing again until Spring.
We also went out to eat at 3 Hogs BBQ because it’s our favorite place and I won’t be eating there for a while because I’m going back to a keto diet for a month or two. I need to get back to a healthy weight.
Ok, on that note I will leave you with our recent daily vlog and we will chat again soon.
