Have you ever been at the point where you no longer want a slice of pie but hate to throw out what you have saved? Do you have a picky eater that hates pies but loves milkshakes (my grandson is one of those).
This item was sent to me for free in exchange for my honest review
I teamed up with Marie Callender to tell you more about pic-cycling. They were kind enough to send us some coupons for free pies in exchange for an honest review.
Look, I will be the first one to admit that I’m not kitchen savvy. I’m also terrible at making food look pretty but I would say that even I did a good job with this one.
You may think I’m crazy but I want to invite some friends over for dinner so I can make this as a dessert after we eat. It’s that good!
Chocolaty Peanut Butter
- -Chocolate Satin Pie
- -Peanut Butter Cream Pie
- -Whipped Cream
- -Chocolate curls from the pie (to garnish)
- -Peanuts (to garnish)
- -Cherry (to make it look perfect)
This is just the first of several shakes we are going to make. I would like to make an adult version also. I have an idea in mind but need to work through it to make sure it’s good. I will keep you updated on that one.
Make sure you check out some of the other recipe ideas on the Marie Callender website. The ingredients are easy and that’s good for me because I don’t like when things are complicated. I’m a simple girl when it comes to the kitchen.
So, be sure to check the video below to see how easy it was and to see our first impression. Greg and I have a new favorite dessert (pies and shakes). Let us know if you give it a try and be sure to share your thoughts with us.
