Well, this year has been a challenging and exciting one. Now that things are starting to settle down a little but I want to start November off on the right foot with some monthly goals.
Goals for November
My social media goal for this November is to stay consistent and update as I have planned on my editorial calendar with coschedule. I don’t want to get ahead of myself here but I think this will be a key factor to getting posts uploaded to this blog and having new videos for y’all.
My health and fitness goal is to weight train 6 days a week and also get into the 140s before the end of the month. I will do this by making sure that I don’t skip any workouts and track my meals the best I can.
Spend more time with Greg and less time on the internet. I think that planning out my social media content will help me give more attention to y’all and Greg at the same time.
Reading at least 2 books this month is another goal of mine. I have a lot of books that I have not read so I need to get on it. It may not seem like a lot but time has not been on my side lately.
I will follow up at the end of the month with an update on how it goes. The goal is to keep it simple but start or expand on good habits. November is the month I take that majority of my vacation time. Greg and I plan on some day trips and just relaxing so I hope to have a good jump on these goals.
