Vulture City at Conowingo Dam – 2016

I’ve recorded for the last week but there has not been enough footage to put a full video together. Greg and I went to Conowingo Dam and there were a ton of vultures there. I was scared they were going to attack me. We went out for lunch with a gift card we had for Red Lobster. I did have one day this week where I felt like a child and was giddy all days long. It felt good to be like that but it does not seem to last very long. 

I think I slept on my arm wrong and there is a pinching in my shoulder. I’m working with weights but I’m keeping the amount I’m lifting low so I don’t cause more pain then needed. 

Catoctin Mountains – 2015

Greg and I had plans to go apple picking but they were really busy so we decided to take a drive. We ended up at the Catoctin Mountains and we walked to a waterfall. It was so much fun and a wonderful experience. There is no better way to spend an afternoon than with mother nature.
