How To Drink A Gallon of Water is the question I’ve been asked a lot lately. So, I figured I would share some tips on what I do to get all my water in each day. There is no major secret to it. I make sure I always have water with me. I’ve done a lot of different things to see what works best for me and now I want to share them with you.
It was not easy at first but with effort you can drink enough water to notice changes. Water is good for weight loss, skin care, nails and so much more. Please try the suggestions in the video. I want to see you make a positive change and you will feel so much better.
I’ll be the first one to admit that even as a teenager the only think I would drink was soda. I remember my dad picking me up when I was in High School. He had to rush me to the emergency room. I could not function because I was so dehydrated. Instead of drinking water I just wanted an IV. So, even after all that I still refused to drink water. I’ve actually grown to love water. I drink it cold, room temperature and even HOT in an emergency.
