Holiday Season, Thanksgiving Shopping and Tilling Up The Garden – 2018
The carrots are all picked from the garden. They smell amazing too! I can’t wait until we add them to stew or chicken and rice soup.
Greg has a plan to get new tires from Amazon so that is what we are working towards with the Job Spotter app. They are starting to decorate at the Gettysburg Outlets.
It’s stock up time at Costco on all the essentials like water and toilet paper. I’m feeling all pretty because I’ve been wearing my hair down so I decided to get my nails done as a treat for myself.
We pulled all the pepper plants up from the garden and tilled the space up to get ready for next year. It’s a lot of work but the peppers are worth it.
Anniversary Lunch and Shopping – 2016
We had zero trick or treaters this year but I was not surprised by that at all. We went to red robin for lunch to celebrate our anniversary plus Greg gets a free burger because it’s his birthday month.
I have been taking inventory on my boots because it’s fall and we love boots!!!! So, I also have a ton of energy and I want to knock things off my to-do list. I also picked up a few cardigans at the mall today.
I’m Obsessed with Monkeys – 2015
We did a little Walmart shopping and I can say that I’m obsessed with monkeys now.
Our plant is taking over my dining room but it’s supposed to bring good luck so I guess I don’t mind it. Greg also did some grilling and I swear I need to keep my eye on him at all times when he is around a fire.
My man knows how much I love my mac and cheese so he found some interesting spicy mac and cheese bold flavors for me to try and I can’t wait. We made a personal cake and it was pretty simple and easy to do. It was a nice little treat. Dinner was great and we had a little wine to celebrate the evening with.
Stay-cation – 2014
It’s day 2 of staycation and we ran a few errands and just relaxed a bit. I’m still searching for things to add to the mantle for Thanksgiving. The scale told me I was 25.6 pounds so I can honestly say I love my scale. lol
We took another day and shared a burger at
Greg and I went to Gettysburg and it’s crazy beautiful out there. It was a very peaceful staycation.
I’m Married Again – 2013
We finally picked up our rings after they resized them so I guess we can say that I’m married again. It feels so good to wear them again. I talked to a girlfriend of mine and we are talking about having a flavored vodka night. I will keep you updated on what happens with all that when I know more.
