Apple Graveyard – 2015

October 12th Day In The Life. We went apple picking this afternoon. This has not been a great year for apple picking at Baugher’s Orchard. There were more apples off the trees than were on the trees. Our guess is that the apples were too heavy to stay on the branches. It was kind of depressing like an apple graveyard. 

Greg made a huge shepherds pie for dinner and I have a feeling we will be eating on this for days. 

Peppers and Onion Chili – 2013

Greg and I made some pepper and onion chili. I love to make meal prep with colorful veggies and the weather is changing and perfect for chili. We add jalapenos to the mix more for flavor than spice. It’s an easy recipie and really good during this time of the year.
